1. Operator Identification

The website www.europeanmadegoods.com (the “Website”) is operated by:

2. Scope of the Services

During the pre-launch phase, the Website provides informational and preparatory services only, including:

  • presentation of the European Made Goods concept;
  • surveys, questionnaires, and research activities;
  • expressions of interest and early-access registrations;
  • non-binding content relating to a planned online marketplace.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, use of the Website does not create a binding sales contract, purchase obligation, or commercial commitment.

2.1 Planned Marketplace Role

European Made Goods is being developed as an online marketplace. Once commercial operations commence, European Made Goods is expected to act as an intermediary, facilitating connections between independent third-party producers or suppliers and customers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in terms applicable at the time of launch, European Made Goods will not act as the seller of goods offered by third-party suppliers, will not take ownership of such goods, and will not be the seller of record for marketplace transactions.

The precise legal roles, responsibilities, and contractual relationships applicable to marketplace transactions will be defined in separate terms and conditions to be published prior to the launch of commercial services.

2.2 Returns and Consumer Rights (Planned Model)

European Made Goods does not currently offer goods for sale. Once marketplace services are launched, returns, refunds, and statutory consumer rights relating to purchased goods are expected to be the responsibility of the individual third-party seller offering the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The specific return processes, allocation of responsibilities, and any dispute-handling mechanisms applicable to marketplace transactions will be set out in separate terms and policies published prior to launch.

3. Pre-Launch Status

European Made Goods is in a pre-launch / early development phase.
The Website, features, and content may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change.

European Made Goods does not guarantee:

  • availability of any future marketplace;
  • launch timelines;
  • product availability, pricing, or scope of services.

4. Eligibility and User Obligations

Users must:

  • be at least 16 years of age;
  • provide accurate information where requested;
  • use the Website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users must not:

  • misuse the Website;
  • interfere with its operation or security;
  • submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

5. Accounts

Account creation may be offered on an optional basis during the pre-launch phase.

European Made Goods reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate accounts;
  • restrict access to features;
  • remove accounts created in breach of these Terms.

No entitlement to continued access is granted during the pre-launch phase.

6. No Commercial Commitment

Nothing on the Website constitutes:

  • an offer to sell;
  • an invitation to contract;
  • a guarantee of future service provision.

Any future marketplace services will be governed by separate, updated terms applicable at the time commercial operations commence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to European Made Goods.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

No intellectual property rights are transferred.

8. User-Generated Content

Where users submit content (e.g. survey responses, feedback):

  • users grant European Made Goods a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for research, development, and improvement purposes;
  • submitted content must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.

European Made Goods may remove any content at its discretion.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

European Made Goods:

  • does not control such third parties;
  • is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

10. Liability Limitations

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, European Made Goods shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • loss of data, profits, or opportunities;
  • interruptions or errors during the pre-launch phase.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Suspension and Termination

European Made Goods may suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time, particularly where:

  • these Terms are breached;
  • technical, legal, or security reasons require it;
  • the pre-launch phase is concluded.

12. Changes to the Services and Terms

European Made Goods may modify:

  • the Website;
  • available features;
  • these Terms of Service.

Updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised effective date.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.

These Terms do not replace or limit any statutory data-protection rights.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

15. Pre-Launch Transition

Once European Made Goods launches commercial marketplace services, new or additional terms will apply to purchases, payments, deliveries, and returns.

Continued use of the marketplace after launch may require acceptance of updated terms.
